A special offer of your intial 60 minute Reiki or Mindfulness session at the beautiful Light Centre in Marylebone for only £45, the normal fee is £65 for these sessions.

This is available to all new clients who book their first session on any Tuesday between 2.30pm and 8.30pm, from now until 31st December 2021.

Our hope that this offer will allow more people to experience the benefits Reiki energy bringing them more comfort, calmness and joy in their day to day life.

The offer is also available to those that would like a 60 minute taster session of Mindfulness.

Our Mindfulness sessions are bespoke and are developed following a discussion about your life and wellbeing, as well as any experience you may have of Mindfulness already.

Each Mindfulness session will provide you with simple actionable tools and techniques that you can practice in your day to day life.
